Glacier Springs Property Owners' Association

The community of Glacier Springs is nestled in the foothills of the North Cascade Mountains. Located approximately thirty miles east of Bellingham, Washington, we enjoy of the beauty of the surrounding mountains and nearby rivers and creeks. Glacier Springs Property Owners Association (GSPOA) is a non-profit homeowners association responsible for the administration of the community. This web site contains current information for the benefit of our membership and others interested in our community.

2025 Annual General Meeting – October 25, 2025 – 11AM PT

Board of Directors, General Information, News + Meetings

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for an in-person meeting at the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at 11:00 AM PDT.

AGM information and proxy forms will be mailed to members on October 1, 2025. Proxy forms must be returned by post or email by October 18, 2025. Failure to secure a minimum of 50 proxies or in-person member attendees will cost the Association considerable expense to hold a second meeting, so please return your proxy or plan to attend on October 25th.

The following items of business will be presented:

  1. Ratification of the 2025-2026 Budget
  2. Water system update and treatment system construction funding discussion and vote/li>
  3. Election of Board of Directors

Meeting materials will be made available by October 11, 2025 via this website.

AGM Documents, including Annual Report, Financial Statements, and the 2025-2026 Budget are password protected. The password is listed on the paper copy of the meeting notice mailed/emailed to each member.
