| An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held every October. Meeting notices are mailed to each member at least 21 days prior to the meeting. The 2010 AGM is scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 2010, 1pm at the Kendall School. Mark the date on your calendar. | |
