WA State DNR Timber Sale - posted 03/27/10 |

The WA state DNR has announced a possible timber sale of the land parcel described as: North Springs VRH & VDT Timber Sale #85040 and Forest Practice Application #2810976 is an even aged harvest of 2,149 MBF of timber from 39.9 acres and uneven aged harvest of 1,169 MBF of timber from 61.1 acres for a total harvest of 3,318 MBF from 101 acres. Proposal includes 2,009 feet of road construction, 3,008 feet of road reconstruction and up to 4,237 feet of temporary road construction to be abandoned if built. Located in Sections 20, 26, 27 and 35, Township 40 North, Range 06 East, W.M., Whatcom County. Relevant documents pertaining to the proposed sale can be found on the DNR website.
